Storage

A sophisticated storage system covering 20,000 square meters and software developed in-house makes it possible to see the current status of your exhibits at any time.

Where is what stored and what condition is it in? Is the item still available or is it already scheduled for another location?

Transportation and logistics

Planning and scheduling, packing and loading, time factors, formalities and permits.

Whether it's regional deliveries or overseas containers traveling the world's oceans – we take care of carnets, customs documents and all other formalities and we either drive our own vehicles or coordinate and instruct experienced forwarding agents.

Assembly and dismantling

In addition to the transportation of exhibits and equipment to the venue, we can also take care of the complete set-up and dismantling if required.

Cleaning and repair

Before the exhibits are used again, they are cleaned, checked for possible damage and tested for functionality. A competent team of experienced carpenters, electricians and fitters ensures that the material is in optimum condition for its next use.

Software solution

Event Management System

With our self-developed event management system, you can plan your events and the use of equipment. By entering the time period, you can see which exhibits are available. All you have to do is place them in the "shopping cart" and we will take care of everything else.
