The modular partition wall system from ML DESIGN has been specially developed for the expansion of motorsport pits and for use at trade fairs and events.

Our own development, a patented partition wall system with in-house production "Made in Ringheim", enables effortless and quick assembly by just one person. Thanks to the innovative design, installation is child's play.
The surface of the panels is made of Aludibond, which is very impact-resistant and robust thanks to the plastic core and is ideal for foiling. The aluminum base frame gives the system remarkable stability, so that the wall panels can even effortlessly support our ML overhead system.

Our movable wall panels are available in standard widths of 942 mm, 628 mm and 314 mm, with a standard height of 2046 mm. Functional panels such as helmet elements, media modules and waste systems as well as doors are also available in the standard width of 942 mm. Special widths and heights can be realized at any time on request.

Our technicians will be happy to support you with your requirements planning. In addition to detailed 3D planning, we can also create photorealistic renderings of your box planning for presentation purposes on request.

Thanks to our own graphics team, we can implement your wishes directly on site using the latest production techniques and deliver your partition wall system directly with the desired branding.
Logistics and assembly
We will be happy to handle your movable wall system for you on request. This includes logistics to the event locations as well as assembly and disassembly on site. We are happy to store the material for you between uses.
We will be happy to work with you to develop an individual solution that is perfectly tailored to your needs.
Repair and maintenance
We will be happy to bring your system back to our factory after the season or if required and check the system components for functionality, carry out any necessary repairs and clean the panels.
We can also make changes to the branding so that your system is perfectly prepared for its next use.

A picture is worth a thousand words. We know this requirement only too well. Be it to attract a potential sponsor or to check the effect of your individual design in advance. We will be happy to create a photorealistic rendering of your box design on request, e.g. with an individual design or special sponsor logos on the walls.
To describe it in one word: individual. We produce each flight case to order and are therefore able to take your special requirements into account from the very first moment.
If there are no individual requirements for the dimensions of the packaging, we optimize the dimensions to the smallest possible transport dimensions. Before the start of production, you will receive a detailed drawing with the exact transport dimensions for approval.
We can provide you with our complete product range in 3D format on request. Planning can easily be done with the SketchUp software. In addition, we have a large data set of almost all European race tracks, which will make planning easier for you. Many customers have been using this option successfully for years.
Yes, we offer you the option of foiling your partition wall system with an individual design directly ex works. Please send us your requirements, sketches or graphics and we will prepare an individual offer for you.
Do you need support with the design? We work together with renowned designers who will provide you with advice and assistance in planning and implementing your individual design.
Yes, we will be happy to take your movable wall system back after a season, for example, and check all components for function, repair any damage and, if required, re-foil individual components or the entire system.
Before we take action, we check all components, document the work to be carried out and provide you with an exact cost estimate. So you can sit back, relax and rely on a 100% functional screen system at the start of the season.
