At ML Design, there is no one profession or one role. We want everyone to be able to do what they like. That's why you'll get an insight into all areas when you start and work in all of them. Only over time will you find out which area you feel most comfortable in and where your strengths lie. For example, our trainee from back then has now developed into a CNC specialist.

Of course, we always have special needs in different areas. See which positions we currently have to fill.

We do have certain core working hours as part of flexible flexitime, but if you have important appointments and these are known in good time, you can of course keep them. We don't think in terms of presence, but in terms of results. In the end, only one thing counts: the orders must be clean, tidy and finished on time for our customers.

Our production facility is in Ringheim near Aschaffenburg. On request, the workplace can sometimes be one of the world's racecourses.

We are a small but excellent team in an owner-managed company. Personal contact, a good working atmosphere and fun at work are our top priorities. We often have a beer together after work.

The boss has an open door and an open ear for every topic.

Our job at ML is to listen to our employees. What they don't like about the work they do, and what they particularly like.

ML is constantly evolving. We want our employees to do the same. That's why further training is important at ML, can be considered in any direction and is actively supported.
